Valuable Experience.....

Throughout this semester, we are assign to create our own blog. This is one of our course work on Technical Communication English. Well, now this is end of semester so this is the last entry. For this last entry we would like to share our own experience on creating our own blog. Well, it is a very valuable experience we gain. From blogging we can create friend we can share knowledge, experience, information and so on. A lots of thing can be write and to be shared. We also can post a comment to give our opinion to the entry.

Creating our own blog is very good experience. basically blogging is just not for fun but more on gaining knowledge by reading the good information from our blog and our friends blog..

Dry hair isn’t easy to manage. It’s prone to breakage and split ends and can look dull; however, this shouldn’t hold you back from having a stunning style. Here are a few easy ways you can get absolutely gorgeous, luscious locks without a hint of dryness.

It’s texture is creamy-runny, but it’s a shampoo what do you expect? You don’t expect getting some heavy slob or anything like that right? The colour is a light lavender with a light hint of fragrance. Quite subtle, not strong at all. And I really don’t know how to describe the smell, not a flowery note neither a musky or fruity woody note. For those who not yet found their best shampoo for themself.... here give it a try.....

When used, it doesn’t produce a lot of foam, especially if you used it in your first wash. I have this habit of washing my hair two or three times, in order to get rid of the dirt and grim. For your information, I was my hair once every other day. If I wash everyday, my hair would be too dry. Back to topic, so usually I wash my hair the first time with Loreal Elseve range of shampoo. Nasi kerabuuuu....

Still on going with food topic... what should i post this week then? today, me and my friend went to Pasar Malam at Alor Gajah. Here, you can find lots of food store that sell food that we dream of to eat, regularly.. In other words, can be say that here was a kitchen for student like us... Most suitable place to choose a place for a better dinner tonight....

One of the most of the famous food to but here was Nasi Kerabu.. Me one of the fan of this food... Nasi kerabu origin from Kelantan. It was a rice that added with several dish like fried fish, raosted meat with vegetables like 'bunga kantan', 'solok lada' somekind of chili added with dried coconut, beansprout and white cabbage. For better taste, it was added with budu and other 'sambal'. This is a healthy food because it balance diet. It was serve differently depends on where it was sell and the seller itself....

Nasi lemak is a common breakfast dish, sold early in the morning at roadside stalls in Malaysia. Traditionally, this comes as a platter of food wrapped in banana leaf, with cucumber slices, small dried anchovy, roasted peanuts, hardboiled egg, and hot spicy sauce. Nasi lemak can also come with a chicken, cuttlefish, stir fried water convolvulus, pickled vegetables or beef rendang.

Release- Shutter Island!!!

Last posted, we already posted about a humor comedy movie that already showing on the screen. This time we share information about new release movie casting Leonardo Dicaprio, for those who are very interested in investigation and this story was created in century 20. In 1954, U.S. Marshall Teddy Daniels (Leonardo DiCaprio) and his new partner Chuck Aule (Mark Ruffalo) are assigned to investigate the escape of a patient at the federal maximum security hospital or like a prison for the criminally insane located on Shutter Island. This is where the story begin. Once on the island, they find that the hospital and prison staffs aren't really cooperating with their investigation. Why? It seems that the staff is hiding a big secret and Teddy is going to uncover it.



Teddy believes that if he can see the records that he would break the case. In the meantime, the island is hit by a hurricane, and more dangerous patients escape and must be captured. This gives Teddy and Chuck the opportunity to check out some of the buildings that they were denied to go. What Teddy finds is the answer he was looking for. Remember, things aren't always what they seem to be.

The boss who are very elegant, punctual and very egoistic which want to stay longer for her carrier but can not since she has a trouble with her VISA and suddenly she had an very bad and crazy idea.... She MUST marry with someone who stay in US since she was born in Canada... Suddenly marry with her own secretary?? Will he accept her then? Can she ever success with her crazy plan?? Langkawi Island - duty-free island

Langkawi island is a second choose topics or places for holiday. Langkawi means reddish brown eagle. That why Langkawi's idol is an eagle coloured reddish brown. Well evethough the holiday will be on the May and June, but why don't each of us have plan to go holiday while we still have a time for preparations... Better preparations, better the holiday will be... Don't you think? So if you have the plan, we have the idea where to go...

Kapas Island (Cotton Island) answers to all your hopes for an idyllic tropical island, if you are planning to go to the island and the beach with swaying palm trees, untouched jungle, turquoise water gently lapping at the beach and colourful coral reefs just off the shore.

This picturesque getaway is less than 5 km from the mainland and is reached within 15 minutes by speedboat from the coastal fishing village of Marang. Its accessibility from the mainland makes it popular with locals for daytrips and the fairly good availability of budget accommodation means that it is also popular with backpackers.
Activity that we can gather from the trip of course will be the snorkeling, cannoeing, fishing, scuba diving, jungle trekking and many more... Even I would prefer to go on the sea activity such as diving and snorkeling because that is why we choose to go to island trip for the sea treasuring... I like!!! But for those who really likes to trekking, of course can do so... it is depends on the personal interest..

We all know why… because it’s so good! We drink about 2 billion cups of coffee in the world every day so we must be doing something right. But… there is much to learn!

Coffee beans come from 2 coffee plants called Arabica and Robusta. These plants grow best in an area know as the Bean Belt, the band around the earth in between the Tropics of Capricorn and Cancer. Coffee beans are usually mixed together to create a coffee blend. Different flavours are blended together to create one good mixture of coffee beans from different origins. Flavours of coffee beans are very complex and conditions like region, soils, country, altitudes, amount of rain and sunshine, and processing of the coffee beans all affect the flavour of the beans.

So, we move on to the second sub topic which is refer to the food that give us blissful when we eat it. It is depends on the people on what they like to eat but usually people do likes chocolate. Believe me that, especially girls out there. So, boys just give chocolate for the present, no doubt they will like it. So, little bit info about dark chocolate that give us lots of benefits, other than just give us blissful nad cheer up in life.


Why is Dark Chocolate Healthy?
Of course chocolate is made from plants, which means it contains many of the health benefits of dark vegetables. These benefits are from flavonoids, which act as antioxidants. What is antioxidants? Antioxidants protect the body from aging caused by free radicals, which can cause damage that leads to heart disease. Dark chocolate contains a large number of antioxidants (nearly 8 times the number found in strawberries). So, which one better? Flavonoids also help relax blood pressure through the production of nitric oxide, and balance certain hormones in the body.
Dark chocolate is good for your heart. A small bar of it everyday can help keep your heart and cardiovascular system running well. Two heart health benefits of dark chocolate are:

•Lower Blood Pressure: Studies have shown that consuming a small bar of dark chocolate everyday can reduce blood pressure in individuals with high blood pressure.
•Lower Cholesterol: Dark chocolate has also been shown to reduce LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) by up to 10 percent.

Then, what are YOU say when you read this? Well, we heard lots of story about chocolate that have fats and so on... is it just a myth?
Here is some more good news, some of the fats in chocolate do not impact your cholesterol. The fats in chocolate are 1/3 oleic acid, 1/3 stearic acid and 1/3 palmitic acid: What is that?

•Oleic Acid is a healthy monounsaturated fat that is also found in olive oil.
•Stearic Acid is a saturated fat but one which research is shows has a neutral effect on cholesterol.
•Palmitic Acid is also a saturated fat, one which raises cholesterol and heart disease risk.
That means only 1/3 of the fat in dark chocolate is bad for you.

Still afraid about having chocolate? Here's some tips..
Chocolate Tip - Balance the Calories:
This information doesn't mean that you should eat a pound of chocolate a day. Chocolate is still a high-calorie, high-fat food. Most of the studies done used no more than 100 grams, or about 3.5 ounces, of dark chocolate a day to get the benefits.

One bar of dark chocolate has around 400 calories. If you eat half a bar of chocolate a day, you must balance those 200 calories by eating less of something else. Cut out other sweets or snacks and replace them with chocolate to keep your total calories the same.

She added, 'the Love Story was accompanied by music video that based on the Romeo and Juliet'.
